We didn't build this store to just sell products. We built it because we believe your pet deserves better than guesswork. So today, we're pulling back the curtain and showing you exactly how we decide what earns a place in our store — and what never makes the cut.
It starts with one simple question
Before any product goes live on our site, we ask ourselves: "Would we use this for our own pet?"
That question cuts through a lot of noise. It rules out the cheap, the gimmicky, and the "looks nice in photos but falls apart in a week." If we wouldn't trust it with our own dog or cat, it doesn't belong in your home either.

Our 4-point selection standard
Every single product we carry is evaluated against four criteria. No exceptions.

What we actively avoid
Knowing what not to buy for your pet is just as important as knowing what to buy. Here's what automatically disqualifies a product from our store:
Harsh chemical ingredients in grooming products. Collars or accessories with sharp edges or cheap closures. Food bowls or dispensers with BPA or questionable plastic grades. Products with no brand transparency — no clear manufacturer, no verifiable origin. Anything that relies on pain or discomfort as a "training" mechanism.
We know this makes our catalog smaller. We're okay with that. We'd rather offer you 50 products we genuinely trust than 500 we can't vouch for.
We listen to pet owners like you
Our selection process doesn't stop when a product goes live. We read every review, respond to every concern, and continuously reassess what stays and what gets removed. If a product starts generating complaints — about quality, safety, or fit — we investigate and act.
